RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing frontends using modern frameworks (React, Angular, NextJS)
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Ensuring high quality code is created
• Lead a team of developers while driving best practices among the team
• Oversee the team between coding, designing and structuring
• Maintaining the project technical vision, while collaborating with backend developers, designers, and product team to deliver high-quality solutions
• Technical Debt Management. Identify and address technical risks and issues
• Answering the technical question of the team and helping the team to resolve difficult engineering problems
• People management and mentoring
• Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and user experience

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information System or related field
• 5+ years of experience in the software engineering
• Proven experience as a frontend engineer and leading an engineering team.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, NextJS)
• Hands on experience working in multi-tenant SaaS Products
• Strong experience in authentication and web security, state management concepts, code management and architecting, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and practices
• Experience with backend technologies and full-stack development
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication. organizational and collaboration skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Experience working on large and medium scale projects in agile environment
